The hotel has a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing. Rooms were clean, but some amenities were broken. Parking was also inconvenient for guests. Overall, a decent stay.

The front desk staff rocks with their professionalism and warmth! I loved the view from my room—it was like nature's own Instagram filter with a pool and green trees.

The room was pretty cozy and the bed was super comfortable – made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the ironing facilities in the room; it was handy for freshening up my clothes after traveling. On the downside, there were a few things that could use some improvement. The air conditioning seemed a bit inconsistent, making the room feel a bit stuffy at times. Plus, the mini-bar prices were a bit steep – I was shocked to see how much they charged for just a couple of water bottles. I also noticed that the turndown service was a bit lacking – no chocolates on the pillow or anything like that. And I couldn't find an in-room safe, which would have been nice for keeping valuables secure. my stay was okay, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved upon. Hopefully, these details can help others decide if this hotel is the right fit for them.

My room felt like an apartment! The view from the 5th floor was breathtaking with stunning fall colors. The staff was super friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable!

The room was very spacious and impeccably clean, refreshed daily. The bed provided excellent comfort; I slept well each night. Pillows were soft and supportive. I enjoyed the large TV with Direct TV channels, perfect for downtime. Temperature control was easy to adjust. the air vents were dusty, which needed attention. Noise levels were generally low, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some issues with housekeeping, the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating when possible. The accessibility features made it easy to navigate with a stroller. A few improvements could elevate the experience further.

I had a wonderful stay at this quiet hotel, which is conveniently just a 20-minute drive from all the main attractions of Atlanta, allowing me to enjoy peaceful nights without the usual traffic noise while still being close enough to explore everything the city has to offer; plus, the free parking made my stay even better. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony for fresh air during warmer weather. One small thing that could be improved is the maintenance of some amenities, as the air conditioning didn’t seem to work well during my stay, but overall, it was a great experience.

The air conditioning wouldn’t cool down the room, and dealing with a slow-draining sink was a hassle. Plus, we had a bed bug issue that ruined our night, and management didn’t seem to care.

Newer property with upgraded amenities. The hallways reek of freshness—a pleasant arrival. Staff? Exceptionally friendly and attentive. Spacious and clean room, attended to daily. Comfortable bed, sizable TV with Direct TV. Restaurant service is solid, but breakfast overpriced for quality. issues persist. Shower settings are off, and there’s mold present. A shocking giant coffee spill on the carpet, stained toilet. Inconsistent room cleaning—missing towels and glasses. No baggage help, no room service. Miscommunication on reservations and breakfast inclusions further marred the experience. While the location is quiet and perfect for work, walking anywhere isn't feasible. Great staff, yet the lack of basic amenities needs addressing.

Location was clutch , close to restaurants, easy to move around! Customer service was top, notch, staff super kind. Got an awesome room upgrade, made my day! Parking lot was affordable and convenient, even got 'guest of the day' treats and a crib for the kiddo, big win.
Breakfast fell flat — same old options daily. Wait staff felt understaffed;

The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax after a long day, I felt like a glamorous socialite. The Gracious Southern hospitality made me feel like a pampered belle. Shopping at Perimeter Mall was a fun drive away.
Bugs in the room? Great visitor for a posh lady.

we had a great stay at Hyatt. the hotel was very clean and inviting, with convenient power outlets by the bedside tables. the staff was amazing, helpful, and sweet. the free breakfast was lovely, and Breonna's exceptional customer service made our experience exceptional.

Great location near the highway and in a quiet suburban area. Delicious buffet breakfast with morning mimosas. Quick bites at the café. Beautifully decorated rooms with large floor to ceiling windows. Relaxing and beautiful outdoor area. Beautiful pool deck. Free garage parking.
Felt like at home, nothing too much trouble.

Quick and friendly check-in process by two polite gentlemen. They provided useful information about parking and made the arrival smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and find great dining options nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was notable and contributed to a pleasant stay during my city break.
There were some issues during the stay. The front desk staff in the evening seemed slow and distracted, neglecting guests and focusing on personal conversations.

It was a blast for the kids with all the cute animals, especially the playful pandas and the friendly giraffes. The proximity to this fun family spot made our trip extra special.

We hit up Zoo Atlanta and the aquarium - so epic! The hotel vibe was chill, staff were cool, and the views from our room were lit. Can't wait to come back for more adventures!
Would love a hip rooftop bar or club scene at the hotel for some late-night fun with the squad.

the hotel was super clean and smelled amazing. it's close to Between Alexander and the gentlemen - so the location is spot on. the housekeeping staff was excellent and the front desk clerk was super kind.
